Resolved Question: Why do people in Shanghai think they better than rest of China?

I live in China now and I no want to go back to my home country. I live in Beijing and went to visit Shanghai. It seems like the people in Beijing are humble, and very well disciplined. I went to the frenchtown district in Shanghai at first. The people there were not nice. They were snooty and mean. They are prideful and very arrogant.
